This course is designed for Human Resource (HR) Professionals who are planning to become certified in Human Resources Management. This course will utilize the "SHRM Learning System®" and will prepare professionals for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) or the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) designation. Professionals will receive the most relevant information in the Human Resources field, as determined by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI®). Areas of expertise include strategic management, workforce planning and employment, HR development, total rewards, employee and labor relations, and risk management.
